Technical customer function

We undertake a complex of duties of the technical customer — from preparation of project documentation to obtaining permits and commissioning of the facility. This allows the Customer to minimize risks, control deadlines and optimize costs.

Composition of the ACA's work:

1. Preparation and approval of the design task:
• Development of the design task, including technological sections, in accordance with the current norms;
• Approval of the assignment with permitting authorities, Chief Engineer of the project, Customer.
2. Collection of initial permit documentation:
• Obtaining permits for design and construction;
• Preparation of a situational plan, geo-base, town-planning conclusion;
• Collection of technical conditions for connection of engineering networks (heat, water, electricity, etc.);
• Engineering-geological conclusions;
• Assessment of the condition of structures and networks in case of reconstruction or overhaul.
3. Approval of project documentation.
Depending on the type of object and type of work:
• District Prefecture / District Administration;
• GlavAPU / Chief Architect of the district;
• Federal Service for Surveillance, Moscow Committee for Architecture and Urban Development, Department of Nature Management;
• Utilities maintenance services, traffic police, Mosgortrans and other authorities.
4. State expertise of the project:
• Preparation of a full package of documentation;
• Working with the design organization to eliminate remarks;
• Receipt of the final expert opinion;
• Registration of project documentation in the town-planning cadastre.
5. Opening of the land-development warrant:
• Submission and support of documents to the Administrative and Technical Inspectorate;
• Control over compliance with the construction organization project and deadlines;
• Closing of the warrant upon completion of works.
6. Commissioning of the facility:
• Coordination of all acceptance procedures;
• Obtaining authorization documentation;
• Preparing the facility for commissioning.
